About

Bilk are an exciting rock and roll band hailing from Chelmsford, Essex in England. Fronted by charismatic lead singer and guitarist Sol Abrahams and backed by Luke Hare on bass guitar and Harry Gray on drums, Bilk’s music does everything it says on the tin when it comes to great rock and roll music, from the sexually charged swagger and rousing distorted guitars to the energetic live shows and “don’t give a f” attitude. The band have a strong cult following of die hard fans who sing every lyric at the shows they attend and have tattoos of the band’s iconic snail logo, making bilk more like a religion and way of life than just simply another band. Bilk has grown from strength to strength with multiple sell out tours and major festival appearances around the UK packing out the stages of Reading and Leeds festival, Boardmasters, Kendal calling and TRNSMT festival amongst others. After releasing their debut self-titled album in 2023, the band released their second album, “Essex, Drugs and Rock and Roll” at the beginning of 2025 and now go on to release the next music of their career, stepping into a new era of the band. They have just headlined their biggest tour to date with sold out shows across the UK and Europe and with themselves and critics alike saying they’re “bringing back real rock and roll for the modern age”, it’s clear Bilk are a band not to be missed.
